Metro trains in Bangalore for Purple and Green Line runs as per the below schedule:
Monday to Friday except 2nd or 4th Saturdays of the month
- 9.00 am to 10.00 am & 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm - 5 minute frequency
- 8.00 am to 9.00 am & 10.00 am to 11.00 am - 6 minute frequency
- 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm & 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm - 6 minute frequency
During other operational hours, at 12-minute frequency.
On Sundays, General Holidays, 2nd and 4th Saturdays
From 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm at 8-minute frequency.
During the remaining period at 12-minute frequency.
